Click on the Three dots in the Upper Right of the Facebook Video screen.
Click on “Turn on Live notifications
As long as you have a Facebook app on your device with notifications turned on you will be notified. If you only use Facebook on your computer, you will only get the notification pop up if you are logged into Facebook with the Facebook Window open.
